Inspiration board #14: Yellow + Red + Violet wedding

Buongiorno a tutti!

Sarà che continua a piovere, sarà che dicono che debba ancora arrivare il freddo (ma comeeee??? Io voglio andare in letargo!!! Nessuno ha un biglietto aereo per la California da regalarmi???), comunque avevo voglia di regalarmi un po' di colore e così sono giunta a scrivere questo post.

Oggi infatti vi propongo un' inspiration board con una palette molto accesa e altrettanto insolita: un matrimonio sui toni del giallo, del rosso e del viola.

Trovo questo accostamento di colori davvero allegro e poco scontato, si potrebbe pensare che sia una palette troppo "esagerata" per un matrimonio ma se studiati in maniera bilanciata questi colori possono essere molto raffinati. Ecco l'inspiration board!

p.s. solo io sono svenuta davanti a queste scarpe di Gucci???

Oggi inauguriamo sul blog una serie di post sul Natale...sarà che come vi dicevo ieri, mi sento pienamente immersa nell'atmosfera natalizia, ma quest'anno mi sento particolarmente ispirata. 

Adoro i matrimoni invernali e ancora di più quelli natalizi, per i colori e il calore che trasmettono...immaginate che bellezza un matrimonio sotto la neve e con luci e ghirlande natalizie!

Mi piace un sacco l'idea del golfino rosso, una splendida alternativa ai coprispalle da sposa (qui ho parlato di altre alternative divertenti).

Inspiration board #12: Purple + Yellow Wedding

E' arrivato il freddo, e con lui le prime mattinate con la condensa che esce dalla bocca e i primi cappotti "seri" da indossare. Insomma, è iniziata la stagione in cui io me ne andrei tranquillamente in letargo per poi riemergere nella civiltà umana i primi giorni di Primavera!

Purtroppo per me però ciò non è possibile, ma anche nell'ipotesi in cui io riesca (più o meno) ad accettare l'autunno e l'inverno, mi sono rifiutata di fare un'inspirazione board con i classici toni dell'autunno. No no e no!

Ho perciò pensato a un colore che mi ricordasse l'autunno (il giallo in questo caso) unendolo a un colore prettamente primaverile (il viola-lilla). Come al solito ho trovato il modo di infilarci un paio di Melissa shoes by Vivienne Westwood (sto praticamente sviluppando un' ossessione per quelle scarpe) e il risultato è davvero adorabile, a mio parere!

Buongiorno a tutti!

Questi giorni ancora caldi mi hanno dato l'ispirazione per creare un moodboard molto estivo (la verità è che cerco di allontanare il fatto che tra un po' dovrò coprirmi con strati di coperte per non avere freddo facendo finta che sia nuovamente in arrivo l'estate). Ma passiamo oltre! 

L'inspiration board di oggi ha una palette che non passa decisamente inosservata: glitter + turchese + fucsia. Ehy aspettate a storcere il naso! Il risultato è molto più raffinato di quello che si potrebbe pensare, oltre che poco scontato. Insomma, perché scegliere un solo colore come fil rouge del matrimonio, quando se ne possono mixare tre?

Inspiration board #10: red wedding

Buongiorno a tutti!

Questo per noi è un periodo super intenso, tra spose in procinto di sposarsi -ragazze, si sta avvicinando il vostro momento!!!- e spose "nuove" che stiamo conoscendo ora. Insomma, ci divertiamo un sacco in questo periodo!

L'ispirazione per il post di oggi mi è stata data appunto dal matrimonio di Marina, una delle nostre spose (bellissima, n.d.r.) che ha celebrato il matrimonio organizzando il tutto con i colori del rosso. Per lei abbiamo realizzato un abito a pois (adoro!), con una cintura di raso di seta rosso, e per suo marito Max abbiamo invece realizzato cravatta e bretelle riprendendo la stessa tonalità di rosso. Insomma, erano a dir poco bellissimi!

Ammaliata dalla bellezza del loro matrimonio, ho realizzato questa inspiration board tutta rossa: il rosso in un matrimonio va bilanciato in maniera delicata, ma se dosato nella maniera giusta è il colore perfetto per una cerimonia vivace e grintosa!

This is a super busy period for us, among brides that are getting married in the next few months, and "new" brides. In short, we are having a lot of fun right now!

The inspiration for today's post comes from Marina's wedding: Marina is one of our (super beautiful) brides who celebrated her wedding with a touch of red. Inspiration board #9: Chevron Wedding *Un matrimonio a Zig Zag*

Chi mi conosce sa bene quanto io sia amante di pattern e texture.

Quando ero più giovincella (!!!) mi divertivo a unire il maculato con le righe, mix che mi faceva sembrare più audace di una ragazza in minishort e tacco 15 (sono sempre stata per un tipo di audacia "alternativa", diciamo). 

Fosse per me mixerei sempre pois con righe, zig zag con fiori, geometrie con maculato, insomma, abbasso il minimal e viva la spontaneità! 

Questo mi ha dato lo spunto per realizzare un inspiration board con uno dei nuovi trend in materia di matrimoni: lo "zig zag"! Perfetto per un matrimonio giovane, colorato e allegro, lo zig zag può essere declinato in tutti i colori immaginabili (personalmente lo adoro glitterato!). E se poi vi sentite temerarie come me, potete anche unirlo ad altri tipi di pattern.

You have to know that I am a patterns and textures lover.

When I was younger (!) I enjoyed mixing animalier with striped, and that made ​​me look bolder than a girl in heels and minishorts (I've always had a kind of alternative boldness).

I'd love to mix everyday polka dots with stripes, chevron with flowers, animalier with stripes...

This gave me the idea to create an inspiration board about one of the new wedding trend: chevron! Perfect for a young, colorful and cheerful wedding, the chevron can be declined in every color possible (I personally love glitter!). And if you're feeling daring like me, you can also mix it with other kind of patterns.

Buongiorno a tutti!

Continuiamo con le nostre ispiration boards...che vi devo dire, mi sono presa troppo bene a farle! :) Sarà che mi ricordano l'università, quando per ogni progetto dovevamo fare migliaia di moodboards! Ahhh cari vecchi tempi!

Quella di oggi poi, mi piace in particolar modo: un' inspiration board su un matrimonio a tema acquerelli, con colori tenuti e acquosi ma allo stesso tempo molto allegri. Perfetto per un matrimonio primaverile e molto chic, adatto soprattutto se gli sposi sono un po' artisti (sarà che io sono designer e ho sempre avuto velleità artistiche, lo trovo stupendo).

I especially like this one: an inspiration board for a watercolors themed wedding, which is full of colors, watery but very happy at the same time. Buongiorno a tutti!

Queste sono le prime giornate calde dell'estate...e anche se a volte l'impressione è di sciogliersi come un gelato al sole delle 12, io l'estate la ADORO! Vuoi mettere il caldo, i colori estivi, le serate con le lucciole con il grigio dell'inverno??? E per suggellare questa mia felicità, ho creato un inspiration board con dei colori tipicamente estivi: l'arancione e il turchese. Bellissimi per dei matrimoni estivi e un po' boho! Inspiration board #6: Lemon wedding

Buongiorno!

Come prima cosa vi annuncio che da qualche giorno sono anche io presente su instagram, per cui se vi va di aggiungermi e seguirmi anche lì, mi trovate cercando @nadiamanzato...per chi c'è, ci vediamo lì, dove potrete seguire un po' il dietro le quinte della mia vita da bridal designer (fa cool dirlo così, vero?) :)

Inoltre, ci sono molte novità nell'aria e ve ne parlerò prossimamente, presto ci saranno nostre spose che coroneranno il loro momento, e l'idea di farne parte mi rende davvero felice. Insomma, sono nel mood allegria, per cui avevo voglia di un post super allegro e colorato.

Vi dico subito che mi sono presa bene con le inspiration boards, e andando avanti ne troverete sempre di più su Funky Wedding. Quella di oggi riguarda un matrimonio tipicamente estivo, un matrimonio con protagonista i limoni e le sue tonalità. Bellissimi secondo me i centritavola realizzati con i limoni e anche l'idea di avere un angolo "Limonata" durante il ricevimento...fa subito vintage!

Inspiration board #5: Mint + Peach Wedding

Visto il caldo di questi giorni (finalmente! Anche se honestly, sono le 8.58 del mattino e io mi sto già sciogliendo) ho deciso di creare un inspiration board tipicamente primaverile/estiva -dato che ufficialmente siamo ancora in primavera-

Dovete sapere che io ho una specie di ossessione per il color menta. Ho dipinto le pareti del mio Atelier color menta, abbinandolo a oro e pattern, vorrei tantissimo avere tantissimo avere una 500 color menta (vi metto la foto...non è adorabile????) e se potessi dipingerei anche il mio cane color menta (ehi sto scherzando eh! Non vorrei che qualcuno ci credesse davvero :D). Ma il color menta ha la grande qualità di poter essere abbinato con diversi colori e rimanere comunque super glamorous.

In questo caso ho abbinato il menta con il color pesca...stupendo! Molto leggero ed etereo, e decisamente vintage, come piace a noi!

I have a sort of obsession with the color mint. The walls of my Boutique are mint, and I would like to have a mint-colored Fiat 500 (below the photo...it's adorable, isn't it??) and if I could I would paint even my dog ​​with the color mint (hey I'm kidding, actually I would not! :D). The mint color has the great quality of being able to be matched with different colors and still remain super glamorous.

In this case, I mixed it with the  peach color...gorgeous! Very soft and ethereal, and also vintage!

Inspiration board #4: British wedding

Ok questo è un post che scrivo più che altro perché ne sento il bisogno.

Ho sempre adorato, letteralmente ADORATO, l'Inghilterra, i suoi colori, il suo accento, i suoi paesaggi, insomma, mi sento una british lady mancata, e molte volte mi metto a guardare immagini di Londra sognando di vivere in un appartamento che si affaccia sul Tamigi...*sospiro*

Per questo motivo ho fatto una full immersion di matrimoni in pieno stile patriottico inglese (gli inglesi sono molto patriottici, a differenza di noi italiani, e questa è una di quelle cose che invidio loro di più). Beh, un matrimonio inspirato all'Inghilterra ha molto più senso in Inghilterra, però se uno proprio si sente inglese nell'anima, perché non farlo?

Inspiration board: Un matrimonio fluo *Neon wedding*

Voglio contrastare il grigiume di questi giorni (ma viviamo in Italia o in Inghilterra???) con un inspiration board molto divertente: un matrimonio flou.

Una tendenza che deriva dalle passerelle del prêt-à-porter, e che ha invaso anche il mondo dei matrimoni: c'è chi osa con scarpe gialle fluo e chi gioca con i fiori e con le decorazioni del ricevimento...ma lasciamo che siano i colori di queste immagini a parlare!

Happy Saint Patrick's day!

Buongiorno a tutti!

Oggi è San Patrizio, e apparte farmi venire voglia di andare in Irlanda, bere e mangiare al suono di cornamuse irlandesi, ciò mi ha dato l'ispirazione per creare un inspiration board per un matrimonio con tema la famosa festa irlandese. Ovviamente il colore predominante è il verde, in tutte le sue diverse nuance...che per chi non lo sapesse, è anche il colore dell'anno 2013!
